  The Japan Post Bank near Hirakata-shi Station is not a great place to do international banking. First, you’ll spend too much time waiting for poorly trained staff to figure out how to wire money internationally—and later you’ll learn that their fees for doing so are exorbitant. The good news is that the other Japanese banks are nearly as terrible at it.
