  very relaxing environment 🛏️💤 There are air conditioners in the rooms,so no need to worry about the temperature 😉 Receptionists are patient and intimate ,they introduce your dinner one by one!!!🍱🍣🍲 While you check out,you can ask them for a taxi to go to the yufuin train station ,and it is free 🆓 ！

  I now understand why the stellar reviews. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Each individual cottage is private and different themed. Ours had an inner and outer private bath. Lots of amenities for the ladies in the washroom and different tea, coffee and cold drinks for free in the room. The view from the living room was also spectacular. Kaiseki dinner was impressive and very filling. I was surprised by the all you can drink menu offering lots of different alcohol and non-alcoholic options. Breakfast was delicious. I felt fully cared for by the staff during my one night stay. They made sure your experience is memorable and comfortable.

  Highly recommend this hotel. Room has its own onsen tubs (both indoor and outdoor) and staff are all so friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, food is delicious, etc… The only downside…It is a bit far from the Yufuin station and taxi is a bit hard to find if you are not coming from the station. However, overall it is still a very pleasant stay and we love the hotel!

  Unforgettable experience. Thoroughly enjoyed a luxurious stay for 2 nights at this ryokan. Very clean room, amazing service and delicious breakfast. We did not get to try the kaiseki dinner as the restaurant was fully booked but read good reviews about it. One thing to note is that there are very little street lamps in the area and it gets really dark at night, so getting a car is highly preferable. All things considered, I would definitely recommend this place!

  Stayed here for a night - food, service and room are absolutely amazing. Personally think that it’s good price for value. Especially love the creativity of the chef- dinner was delicious traditional food presented in a creative way. The onsen was nice and the service was amazing. When we checked out, the taxi was fully booked so a lovely female staff took us to the bus station with her own car. Would definitely come back again!
