::I visited the store from out of prefecture the other day. I ate the Echizen crab course for the first time. Sashimi, boiled, and grilled were all very delicious. In particular, the grilled miso (?) was fragrant and rich, and it was great when mixed with crab meat. Due to the season, I think the Seiko crab bowl is made with frozen crab, but it was really delicious.

::I made a reservation the day before, and it took about 2 hours and 20 minutes for the two of us to eat a modest course. The day before, they responded politely via email. Even though it was March, it was snowing. When I arrived at Echizen, I was nervous because it was quiet and there were hardly any cars, but I managed to get there. The inside of the restaurant was small, but it was full, so I felt safe and glad I made a reservation. Sashimi and boiled meat came out first. I ate the sashimi with soy sauce. Although the crab was small, it was sweet. Sashimi filling? It was sweet shrimp. The boiled crab was cold, but it was easy to eat because it had cuts cut into it to make it easier to eat. As I learned how to eat crab on YouTube the day before, I removed the mouth and dropped the crab miso inside into the shell.For the first time, I mixed the crab meat into the crab miso and ate it. My mother didn't seem to like miso, but I enjoyed it. I still wanted to eat it. Next came the grilled crab. It had a slightly warm and fragrant aroma and was delicious. Finally, a mini bowl of seiko crab came out in a large bowl. There were lots of crabs and red eggs on top of the rice, and the red eggs had a concentrated crab flavor and were really delicious. On the way back, it was snowing even more, and it was amazing around Mt. Shizugatake.

::I visited with a group on a weekday, and it was packed with customers even at noon, probably because the opening day for Echizen crab was near. I had a full course of Echizen crab, and each of the sashimi, boiled crab, and grilled crab was delicious and hearty. In addition, the last crab hotpot had a very rich soup stock, and I was able to enjoy Echizen crab for the first time this year. I would like to visit you again when I eat Echizen crab in Fukui m(_ _)m

::Seems family owned business, needless to say Echizen crab quality is excellent, the sashimi that goes with the set is also fresh and yummy, thumbs up!
