The two pieces were a bit salty, but despite that, they were very delicious. I'm a big eater, but since the appetizers and pizza are fairly large, this lunch is filling and satisfying. Also, the cold soup was so delicious that I wanted a second helping if it was possible! The bill was about 4,500 yen, so I think it was a good value considering the quantity and taste. The male staff on the phone? suddenly said, ``Our store opens at 11:30,'' and at first I didn't understand what he was saying, so maybe he misheard the time I wanted to make a reservation. When I asked again several times, he said in a strong tone. "That's why our store opens at 11:30am! If the customer wants to make a reservation, they'll have to play for 30 minutes, so this is a suggestion for a reservation time!" That's what I was told...lol I had something to do before the time I wanted to make a reservation, so I suggested a slightly earlier time than the original time and ended up making the reservation, but when I made the reservation, the store said it was the only time available. This was the first time in my life that someone had to impose their circumstances on me, and I was surprised at how strong his tone was! If that's the case, you should either say it right from the beginning or take measures such as making reservations a time-specific system in the first place. Moreover, when I arrived, there was only one group of customers in the store, and the customer who had made a reservation after me arrived an hour after the store opened. I thought that if I tried to hurry up to make a reservation over the phone, they would be fully booked later, but it didn't seem to have anything to do with it. Also, even though there were still large items like chicken and eggs left on the appetizer plate, I was asked to take them down, which made me feel rushed and a little strange. As I wrote at length, I can see why the restaurant is thriving because they offer a very delicious menu. However, there were some things that made me feel uncomfortable with the customer service, so I was disappointed because it would have been better if it were improved.

  Everything is good! I especially like pizza, lava pasta with meatballs, and chicken steak. If you collect several tickets that come with the pizza, you get one free pizza😊 *Since I visited quite a while ago, the menu may have changed!
