  I often use this store, and while the veteran female clerk is extremely friendly, the younger female clerk, perhaps a newcomer, is unfriendly. If I'm going to buy something at the same price, I'd rather buy it from a friendly salesperson.

  This is my first time using this store 😊 I was quite wary at first because of the low reviews...😓The young male clerk didn't have a smile on his face, but he was cheerful and had a good customer service.😊 When I was thinking about what to buy, I found myself wondering if there was a price list and a menu with all kinds of food written on it? She handed me the ice cream, and when choosing, she said out loud, ``Please choose the first ice cream'' and ``Please choose the second ice cream,'' and she didn't seem to be in a hurry 😄 The customer service was much better than the service from the lazy young female clerk at the MEGA Don Quijote Fukui store that I went to last week! 😆Well, the customer service at the Al Plaza store was so good that I wanted to say, "Are you serious!?" lol

  When I used the store for the first time in a while, the customer service attitude of the staff was very cold and a little harsh. And I can really feel that he is looking like a troubled person from beginning to end. A long time ago, there were many kind store staff... As for the product, the way the ice cream was put into the cup was sloppy, and there was ice cream stuck to the side of the cup. It's the first time I've been treated in such a rude manner and I feel really bad. I think I'll stop using it for a while until someone replaces me. It's a shame because they have so many delicious ice creams.
