    I went to the store to complete a procedure that could only be done at the counter. Our store only accepts reservations, so we turned away at the door. Even though there were few customers in the store and it was empty, I was refused, so I asked them why and they confirmed it. I was made to wait. While I was kept waiting, the clerks talked to each other about how they should have refused more clearly, and in the end, due to lack of time, I was refused the procedure at the store. I will never go there again.

    To be frank, this Rokkakubashi store is dirty. The Braille blocks on the way to the ATM don't make any sense. The mattress at the entrance has been used for decades and is no longer a mattress.

    Plan on spending at least 30 minutes waiting for a teller to help you. The services here are way below standard. Furthermore, it takes 3-4 staff members to figure a solution to a simple business question.

    After completing a certain procedure, I went to the Rokkakubashi branch, waited for the reception number (the waiting time displayed on the TV screen is meaningless, so it doesn't seem like a good idea?), and when I went to the counter, the counter was different! So, I was given a new number! eh? Even though it was your mistake, are you still the last one in line? I am dissatisfied with the poor response! Of course, there are some people who respond well, but it's a shame that the level is so high and low!

    I went to the counter to make the transfer, and I was glad that the transfer went smoothly, but my card was old, so I was wondering if I could change it to one with an IC card. As luck would have it, I was advised to do so and applied. . . I had to wait for an hour from there. What does the 15 minute wait time display at the service counter mean? The displayed time did not change at all, so is it being displayed as a fixed time? ? I was able to use my old card, so there was no need to force me to change it, but I had to wait this long. I felt angry.
