::This branch should be open on Saturday morning so that people can use any of the banking services. It is hard to get time off of work because they are open only Monday to Friday. It would also be nice to have 1-2 days where the bank is open late until 6-7pm to do business.

::I wasted 1 hour to reach at the bank branch because they don’t pickup phones and when I reached there they told me they can’t support me. As per them I should bring a Japanese friend with me. It seems they don’t think how much time gets wasted in this. Extremely poor experience. I already had all the documents required to open an account and I told same to receptionist but she doesn’t want to help a foreigner customer without a Japanese friend
