::I had the October-only Sapporo Miso Ramen. Rather than miso ramen where miso is the main ingredient. It tastes like creamy ramen using miso and is delicious. The chashu rice bowl was also delicious.

::I visited on a Sunday at noon. There were several groups of people waiting outside the store, and the queuing system was very difficult to understand. It seems that the first person who buys a meal ticket will receive the opportunity to ring. Even though I went to buy food tickets first, they didn't give me any, so I was in a lot of trouble. After that, I was able to enter the store safely and ordered Awa Odori Ramen Salt. The soup was light and had a strong chicken flavor, and it wasn't too heavy and I finished eating it quickly. Menma had a sweet flavor. The ramen was so delicious that I would like to go there again.

::This is a popular ramen shop located in Aizumi-cho, which not only offers Tokushima ramen, but also ramen with salt, miso, and soy sauce. When you enter the store, you buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine and hand it to the staff before taking your seat. Miso pork bone ramen topped with pork belly. I was curious about the innovative combination of pork bones and miso, so I ordered it, but I couldn't really taste the pork bones and it had a flavor and taste similar to white miso. The belly meat has a strong flavor. The char siew was soft, but the meat didn't have much texture and was lacking in meatiness. The only thing that bothered me was that the soup and noodles were quite lukewarm. It was a chilly day, so I would have been happy if it had been hotter.
