As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service was quite dry and unfriendly. I forced the staff to call for water and ordered ramen, etc., and it finally came. I can put up with it because the price is low, but if the price is about the same as other ramen restaurants, I won't come back. The taste of the ramen itself was delicious and even people who don't like strong flavors could enjoy it. I heard that garlic was recommended, so I ordered it and it was a good idea. If you like strong flavors, we recommend adding toppings. If you can get good at customer service, it will be close to perfect. *Does this still make things better?

Delicious ramen that is not Tokushima ramen Is it a family business? I think the customer service has improved a bit as there are younger people working these days. The noodles are medium thick, but would thin noodles be suitable? I want to try it with thin noodles

This is a Chinese soba restaurant in Tokushima✨ It seems to be a popular restaurant, and there is usually a line outside, but today it was around 1:40 pm and it was a little far from the meal time, so I was able to get in easily ⤴️ Ordered large Chinese soba noodles with meat (850 yen) and medium rice (150 yen)😆 Contains about 5 thick pieces of char siu. There was a lot of volume💡 It was light and very delicious 😋

A long-established ramen shop in Kitajima town. Several people were waiting before the store opened at 10:30. I ate Chinese soba noodles with meat, 800 yen including tax, and a small tomeshi, 120 yen including tax. Unlike Tokushima ramen, the soup is light. As usual, the chashu was thick and runny. It's a mysterious piece of meat that you can eat with ease. It has a stable taste, but I felt it was a little bland, so I gave it an average rating of 3 stars.

The most authentic experience for Tokushima Ramen. Very traditional and old style restaurant but that's why it's probably the best in Tokushima. 100% recommanded
