I visited Goku Niboshi Honpo, which I visited last time, for the first time at the renewed Tongue Niboshi Ramen Yamaokaya. I remember eating regular ramen last time, so this time I ordered extremely rich dried sardines pork bone tsukemen, gyoza, and half rice. The ultra-thick dried sardines have the richest soup ever. The noodles were mixed with the rich soup of dried sardines and went well together. Recommended for those who like strong flavors. The char siu was soft and delicious. The gyoza was also crispy and went well with the rice. The soup mix goes well and the richness becomes mild, making it an easy-to-drink soup. Second visit. I'm grateful for cashless payments. This time, I chose dried sardines pork bone ramen, gyoza, and half rice. Choose thick noodles for the side. The strong sardines go well with the pork bones, and the chopped onions add an accent. It's no wonder we have repeat customers. There was also a woman in the kitchen, and she was very efficient and gave a good impression. People in the area should try it once. Since it is located along the national highway, it is quite difficult to get out of the parking lot on Saturdays and Sundays, so you may be able to park at Joyful Honda next door and walk there.

I was surprised to see that the name had changed to Niboshi Ramen Yamaokaya. I went to try the limited-time puffer fish soup ramen that I was curious about. The soup was light and I could really feel the sweetness and flavor of the puffer fish stock. The soup tasted more like soup than salt ramen. The noodles were not the medium-thick noodles of the Yamaoka family, but thin noodles that were easy to eat and coated well with the soup. The ramen had pufferfish meat on it, and it was delicious. It's light and easy to eat, so it's the perfect ramen to have after drinking alcohol. What I have to say is that it took about 20 minutes for the ramen to come out, probably due to the lack of staff, and I was concerned that the tables were not wiped clean after the previous customers left. There were probably 6-7 staff members in the store. Thank you for the meal. 🙇

It was my first time visiting. I've used Yamaokaya many times, but this is the first time I've seen a store that lists dried sardines at the top, so I had no hesitation in choosing it😊👍 I chose the basic dried sardine pork bone and the extra thick dried sardine pork bone and waited with high expectations. As I ordered extra thick noodles, the serving time was neither early nor late. The ``Gokuno'' version was a little too early for beginners and had a very strong taste, but it was reasonably delicious. I would like to try again after training a little more😊 The inside of the store felt very clean, neat and well-organized. When I looked closely, I noticed that all the staff members were women, and they all did what they needed to do quickly and it was a wonderful store. It was a wonderful store that left a strong impression on me personally with the care and cleanliness that only a woman could provide.

Yamaoka family's dried sardine ramen specialty store. I had a simple niboshi ramen. It was delicious. Next time I would like to try the pork bone dried sardines ramen. There were plenty of seats, and even though it was lunchtime, it wasn't too crowded. The store is also beautiful. I'm a big fan of dried sardines and wish there were more customers.
