For lunch, I ordered tenderloin (fillet) for ¥1,848. First, they bring you popcorn, and you eat it while you wait. Next came the salad and soup, followed immediately by the steak. I ordered it medium-rare, and the outside seemed overcooked, but the inside was fine. It was a little hard in some places, but at this price, is it like this? ::I visited for the first time in quite a while on a Friday night for dinner. This time I chose the Hitachi beef steak course (tenderloin). The soup is clam chowder, the hors d'oeuvres are raw vegetables and smoked salmon, fish (type unknown) pickled in Nanban, and duck? An assortment of three types of roast was served, followed by baguette and steak, and finally dessert (strawberry ice cream and cheesecake) and tea. The hors d'oeuvres were quite large and I was almost full at that point. I left the grilling of the steak up to me, but it was very tender and the meat had a strong flavor and was very delicious. I missed the popcorn that was served with water while I waited for my food. Thank you for the meal.
