::Kind staff and tasty ramen. I can recommend the place.

::Good tsukemen, but not a lot of toppings for the price.

::魚介豚骨醤油: A kind of paste composed of dried fish & pork-bone with soy sauce flavor. The soup is very rich like roux but not so salty than I expected. So I recommend this to anyone who loves 魚介系 (dried fish based family) ramen and avoids choosing salty foods.

::An interesting take on tsukumen, with the two main tsukemen options being a prawn or sea urchin based broth. Had the prawn tsukemen and it was.......very prawn-flavoured. Not for the weak-willed; the soup is thick and grainy and requires substantial chewing before you can tolerate swallowing it. Not exactly my personal favourite, however that is no real flaw of the restaurant and it was still fun to try out. The gyoza was good (they also have a choice between normal gyoza and prawn gyoza). Portions are ludicrously huge. Be warned before you contemplate choosing even the 中 size.

::A very good ramen restaurant. All the ramen they serve (only five types) are very good. In particular, they use high-quality fresh noodles. Here the tsukumen is highly recommended, since it is delicious and tasty. With no extra-price it's possible to order several size of ramen.
