::Amazing hotel with great service. About 7 min walk to hakata station, all the staff are very nice with great attention detail. I liked it that it was a smaller hotel with fewer guests, it made it more persoanbke. The included breakfasts were amazing! All a la carte and so many delicious options to choose from. Would recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay!

::The name rings true. This is a stylish boutique hotel. Between the well-traveled tourists, the trendy influencers, and the wedding parties, you'll be in beautiful company. Nice perks and amenities such as free and unlimited mini bar, good breakfast (try the clay pot), a pool, a rooftop to chill, a penthouse to play boardgames, and a fancy steakhouse to indulge. The staff is diligent and speaks fluent English.

::Staff doesn’t take off shoes when come in our room. He does not speak English And he seems to have no idea what is going on. The room is too dark, we need to borrow a light from the reception. Bathroom lighting is not enough either it feels like we are staying in a cave. Whole hotel is dark, reception, lift, corridor, restaurant.... style= dark? A bit far from subway as we are carrying child. Food is good, reception is polite, fridge has free drinks, but overall it is not a pleasant experience to stay.
