I visited because I wanted to eat Kyushu udon. The best cost performance. It's cheap and delicious. The problem is that the parking lot is narrow.

Visited during the day on a weekday. For some reason, our headquarters in Fukuoka is located here in the Kanto region. The menu is supposed to be mainly udon, but here it's mainly soba. Still, I ate Maruten Udon with Burdock Tempura. It's good to eat once in a while. The price of soba is the same for up to three balls, so this might be appealing to young people. You can order snacks from 5pm, so it looks like it's going to be an izakaya (drinking place) at night.

I love the gentle flavor of the soft soup stock. The tempura is freshly fried, crunchy, cheap, delicious, fast, and the best. I like chewy udon noodles, but when I don't have much of an appetite or want to feel relieved, I tend to eat them regularly.

It is a low-priced udon chain from Fukuoka, but it also operates in the Kanto region, with particularly many stores in Chiba Prefecture. In the Kanto region, we operate under two brands: West (a store that sells izakaya menu items) and Azuma. Compared to regular West restaurants, both restaurants feature soba noodles rather than udon noodles, and a full menu of snacks (available from 5 p.m. at West Restaurants) and alcoholic beverages. It seems to be a format for the Kanto region, but the previous store I went to in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka had the same format, so it seems they are also expanding to Kyushu. I had the burdock tempura udon and highball, and they were delicious and had the typical Fukuoka chewy texture.
