::Convenient location with easy access to train station, the outlet mall and shuttle or train to (KIX) airport. Rooms are compact but very well designed. Quiet on the north side. They had an unusual check in where the front desk staff requested you use a check in machine by scanning your passport. Mine failed.

::The Washington Hotel Kansai Airport is very accessible from Kansai International airport (only a very short train ride). They also have a free shuttle bus to and from Kansai International airport but we didn’t take that option. We were tired from our long flight and so it really helped that it is just a stone’s throw away from the Rinku Town train station. we didn’t have to go down since they have a bridge access going to the train station. The design of the hotel is simple, classic and traditional-looking. Check in was very quick, staff are pleasing and friendly. Basic amenities are sufficient enough. They have a fridge, hair dryer, slippers, robes. No iron for clothes. The TV volume is set to 30 maximum, perhaps to be considerate to other neighbor guests. The room is perfect for Asian couples. Might be too small for American or European guests. The hotel has its own 24-hour Family Mart so if you get hungry, you can just go downstairs and grab a bite. The lobby is big and I think can cater weddings and big events. If ever you need to stay near Kansai airport, this is a nice and cheap option.

::Location is perfect. Walking distance to the train and so close to the airport. Their shuttle was a bus and on time. Careful with your bookings, as if it says room it means a SMOKING room. And it must be designated a NON-smoking room during your booking to get one. The breakfast was just ok… limited offerings. Scrambled eggs were soupy and super runny. No real fresh fruit offerings (canned fruits and some fresh orange slices). The highlights were: they did have fresh avocado and excellent fresh croissants that they ring a bell when they come out for. But, for the price and hotel rating, I expected a bit better. The location is great, but if I can find a better breakfast I be inclined to stay elsewhere.

::this place is honestly phenomenal. the staff is super friendly. the rooms are nice and, more importantly, larger than many other local hotels. they accommodated every minor request I had, even cleaned the room at a specific requested time (they asked me what I'd prefer upon check in, I didn't even have to mention). add in the shuttle service to the airport. 2nd floor Family Mart. multiple grocers close by. it's a great airport/Rinku location stay

::This hotel was clean and convenient to go airport. There’s a big grocery store near by too. Service was great as well. They provide free shuttle bus to airport. That was a big plus. Make sure to come down 10 minutes or so early because they will leave on time or slightly earlier than the actual time. I’ve seen a guy came out a minute late and he couldn’t get on the bus because the bus driver was already driving.
