  Spectacular view with good value of money. Luxury small town vibe. Hot spring included with the room (3mins walk from hotel).

  The rooms they provided me are way wrose than most of the photos it shown. No balcony. Hotel turned down my request for upper floore rooms in a week after my booking in agoda even i booked my rooms 2 months in advance. This place is way far from full booking, but the CS just refused to give the optimal choice to their customer for his/ her own convenience. I felt kind of betrayed as i have shared an amazing experiences in the hotel italian restaurant 6 years ago. Thus i came back today and spent a night in this hotel. Definitely disappointing. Though the private onsen next to this hotel is still very good, Just the accomendation service was way far below my expectation. In 2018, i kinda thought this hotel was aged gracefully and developed its own vibe with its unqiue location. Now, this place is more like an old and over pricing L.A hotel. I hope their manager could feel how i feel and how much i was disappointed with this place turned to be after the pandemic outbreak.

  Comfortable albeit slightly dated deco. Nice views of sunset from bathtub and balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free access to onsen just 2 minutes walk away.

  Excellent hotel! The room is very spacious, clean and organized, our room has a big balcony facing the sea, we woke up with beautiful sea view in the morning. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a bathtube also with a sea view in the window. and it also provides both western and Japanese style breakfast, there are a wide variety of tasty food to choose. Besides, it is just right next to a famous fish market that you can watch Tuna show, an amusement park and we also get free access to an outdoor onsen as the guest of this hotel. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the busy city and want to have a relaxing weekend! :)

  Just as pictured! Really relaxing and great bath/balcony for sunset. 2nd floor has no balcony, warning! Good size fridge and kind staff. Asked to see the big rooms and for the money standard doubles are well worth it. Will be back again when the pool is open. 3-7 floor all have balconies FYI. Nice beds and clean enough could do with a little TLC. 3pm check in (inflexible) seems too late though but when in Rome. Go sit in the garden with a cold one that you can buy from the shop that just past reception while you wait!
