In other words, I thought that the default tongue stew at this restaurant was something like dried meat. I came to think of it as a free and innovative tongue stew that abandoned the idea of a typical tongue stew. However, even if that's the case, you shouldn't call tongue stew if the meat is too hard to chew. I also want him to be dried up and forced to eat tongue stew like a zombie. I wish the name would be changed to something like dried meat with demi-glace sauce. If you can't bite it off, it's not even food! I think it's a shame for a man to not eat a set meal (I'm sorry if I'm using the wrong word), so I managed to chew the dried squid until I finished it, but I felt like I had been treated badly and was very angry after the meal.
