Arancha on the 1st floor. Currently, due to the coronavirus, only takeout is available. You can order a cake and enjoy it at the 2nd floor restaurant "Hamanomiya Lassical". When you look at the menu, you can clearly see that they carry fruits from all over Wakayama. When I asked them about it, I heard that the owner personally goes to farmers all over Wakayama and asks them to share their produce. This time, we decided to try the ``orange mousse'' and ``seasonal fresh cake,'' which are often featured in interviews. A smooth and chewy mousse with a gentle orange sweetness. I understand why you're coming for an interview. The fresh cake is made with fresh cream from raw milk, and has a light texture and a light sweetness, making it extremely delicious.
