  Both the postal staff and the director are the worst! ! After many repeated comments from above, it turned out that the post office had made a mistake, and I received a phone call the next day. I was shocked to see the young female staff member laughing and apologizing. At the counter, the director also made fun of me, but he never apologized for my mistake. Since the issue was related to money, I contacted the post office general customer center because I was worried that something like this would happen again in the future. It was said that they would provide guidance on how to deal with customers, etc., but it would be frustrating if it had become just a matter of handling complaints. I will never go to this post office again. Not even 1 star. Everyone please take care.

  The post office that was located on Kiyosumi Street was relocated and became Hachimanyama Post Office. The parking lot is large and easy to park. The building is also larger than before. But the staff didn't smile at all. Various procedures take too much time. If there was a different post office in my neighborhood, I wouldn't use it, and I don't want to.

  It was moved to Keirinjo Street and the name changed. There are also no more bureau posts. It was demolished. Google has been slow to fix it, but the new location is 2-20-33 Shimotosai, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. It's diagonally across (southwest) from Gyomu Supermarket and west of UNIQLO.
