I've wanted to go for a while so I decided to go! I couldn't decide between the two as they all looked delicious, but I chose the most popular ones, the sweet beef tendon bukkake udon and the Takumi no Toriten! The udon noodles are very chewy and very filling! The beef tendon is also extremely tender and delicious! The soup was also delicious and a complete meal. The chicken tempura eaten with salt is freshly fried and delicious! I want to try a different menu next time 😋 The owner is running the restaurant by himself, so please be patient!

I visited on a weekday at noon. I ate the sweet and sour beef tendon bukkake udon, and it was seriously the most delicious thing in my life. The owner has a calm demeanor and everything leaves a good impression. I will go again. However, the price is a little high, so I gave it a ★-1. Still, I'm satisfied with the taste.

Visited on Saturday afternoon About 3 groups of customers Order a large bowl of kake udon Served in about 15 minutes as written on the menu I was surprised at how delicious the noodles were. Many people misunderstand Koshi. Hard = firm shiny surface The outside is chewy and the inside is chewy. This udon is exactly that. Basically hard but I felt like I was pushing the limit. If it gets any harder, it will turn into lumps of flour, so-called suiton. It's been a while since I ate such delicious noodles. Not only was it chewy, but I could also feel the aroma of wheat. Also, the kaketsuyu was delicious. Although the flavor was generally mild, I felt the strength of the soup stock deep within. The one mistake I made was adding hot spring eggs. It became difficult to feel the taste of the soup and the flavor of the noodles. Looking at other reviews, I saw some saying it was expensive, but I thought it was a reasonable price. I would love to go eat there again

I had the beef tendon udon! The creamy, beefy aroma and sweet-salty sauce would have been good on its own, but the udon's irico-based soup blended in nicely, giving it even more depth. I also had a bite of curry udon, and it was a spicy curry 😋 It was also good. Let's come again 🙌

My favorite udon in Japan because it's simple and delicious! Udon is made fresh by the master chef and even has a long poster outside on how to make your own udon!
