  Great service, with nice rooms and standard complimentary items. Free wifi, but no USB type plugs in our room, just standard electrical outlets. Free multilingual BBC cable news.

  Good hotel with amazing views. The rooms were clean and reasonable, not the newest hotel but the view from our room was incredible. Its a little outside Tokyo so i would only stay here if you are seeing something local, its not worth the commute into Tokyo. But its close to the Bonsai museum so if you love bonsai, id stay here. It also has loads of shopping centres around it, its very central.

  i like the city view from my suite window but i’m not in favour of the cleaning system of the chambermaids... for there was a clump of hair on my shower sewer that causes water clog.

  Rooms are good. Breakfast very good. Great view while eating. Employees very helpful. 👍

  Near to station and ammenties provided also good ..nice place to stay
