  Turned us away at 8 pm when their sign said they close at 11 pm. Very disappointing 😞

  Awesome okonomiyaki, delicious! Medium portion is sufficient for adult. Service was typical but staff can do with more friendliness and smiles. Ventilation is not the best and can be a bit stuffy and oily.

  We always go to fugetsu when visiting. Since it's a chain, it's very consistent at each store. Since this one is at Universal city walk, it can get busy, particularly after 7:30 pm. The food was good, service was good. Great place to go if you are interested in okonomiyaki.

  Nice ambience, portion is huge. Though need to queue but turnover is fast. Worth to try osaka style okonomiyaki. Don't over order else surely you can't finish

  Big servings. Staff will help you cook to perfection. Just gotta be patient.
