::Awesome okonomiyaki, delicious! Medium portion is sufficient for adult. Service was typical but staff can do with more friendliness and smiles. Ventilation is not the best and can be a bit stuffy and oily.

::We always go to fugetsu when visiting. Since it's a chain, it's very consistent at each store. Since this one is at Universal city walk, it can get busy, particularly after 7:30 pm. The food was good, service was good. Great place to go if you are interested in okonomiyaki.

::Nice ambience, portion is huge. Though need to queue but turnover is fast. Worth to try osaka style okonomiyaki. Don't over order else surely you can't finish
