  This restaurant is a stand-out in Japan. Run by a friendly Japanese team who are very friendly, the atmosphere is authentic, comfortable, and warm. They kindly prepared for difficult dietary requirements with advanced notice, which our hotel helped us book. The vegetarian food was exquisite, with some awesome and unique vegetarian sushi selections, and lovely tofu appetiser plates. Highly recommend for one of your dinners in Kumamoto.

  2024 January night Course usually costs around 8000 yen Approximately 12,000 yen for drinking Everything is handmade and delicious. The sashimi is also fresh. I want to go next time because it's not a course.

  Visited for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. This is my favorite flavor at a restaurant I've visited several times before. As I ate the food here, I realized once again that Japanese cuisine is delicate. You can enjoy the deliciousness not only by taste but also visually. Even my friend who doesn't like vegetables or fish ate almost all of it. Of course the fish and meat were delicious, but the vegetables were also really delicious. The Shime Goto Udon is also chewy and delicious! I would like to visit again.

  I felt the essence of hospitality in the heart of the owner, who carefully and elegantly cooked seasonal vegetables, and in the customer service, including his wife. Good taste and creativity. It's gentle and really delicious. Thank you for the happy time. I went with a friend who produces a cooking show and a friend who takes cooking classes, and they both raved about it. I now have a reason to go to Kumamoto.
