::I don't like the attitude of the delivery person. I couldn't get through to the person answering the phone, so I asked my boss to help me, and I was finally able to understand...but I'm thinking of using a different delivery company from now on. I don't trust it.

::Even though I was home before the specified time, the intercom didn't ring and I was taken home without being there. Is it really coming to your front door? If delivery people aren't motivated, why do they even work as delivery people? I wish I could quit.

::I experienced bad costumer service here twice , they were rude specially the woman staff who keep laughing on me just because I didnt write down my address correctly, and told me this is japan etc. maybe Ill change bank anyway
