  The attitude of the female staff member (whose name tag said "Chief") was extremely cruel. I don't know where the main office is, but I will make a thorough complaint. I don't think this is the attitude of someone working in the service industry. I'll keep following it until it's improved.

  I had a long conversation with the receptionist, who was probably a regular lady. There's a customer waiting in the back, so the station staff should finish it quickly and not worry about other things. I think it's okay to be polite except for making small talk and having to wait.
