::Came here for business. Everything was excellent. Very good hotel. Great location. Mattress was too hard, but my coworker said the firmness was perfect for him.

::Hotel was clean and very helpful. Breakfast is included with the stay. Mattress in room was firm that's the only reason I didn't rank them 5 stars.

::Every time I travel to Kanagawa to visit my relatives I stay at this hotel. It's pretty comfortable and affordable. The room is clean and breakfast is included. There is a parking lot available but it has a very limited capaciy. Yamato train station is just a few minutes by foot and you can take Odakyu Line to Shinjuku or Fujisawa and Sotetsu Line to Yokohama or Ebina.

::All staff are respectful. Breakfast is nice. This is a business hotel it is not a 5 star but it is still a nice place to stay in Japan.

::This has to be the most racist hotel in Japan. Maybe it's because it is so close to an American military base but I am not affiliated with such an organization but yet treated below the industries standard. They hit me up with hidden fees from parking to key fees and even though I confirmed my check-in time they still made me wait over 4 hours. If I knew this I wouldn't of waisted my time. Then after this they tried to charge me a fee for leaving for dinner and that is when I demanded a refund and found other accommodations. If you are American I strongly recommend not to stay here.
