::Thank you very much to everyone at the front desk of Toyoko Inn Kitakami (especially the cute lady Kanno) for your help. On June 29th and 30th, I was traveling to Kitakami and Akita, so I was using Hatsukitakami Station and had reserved the TIMES car share at the Sakura Port parking lot. On the Shinkansen, I realized that I had left my TIMES car share card KEY at home...I couldn't unlock the car, so I went to the TIMES car share office in front of the station, but it was closed. At a loss, I went to Sakura Port Hotel and explained to the front desk... We are only lending part of our parking lot to TIMES car share, so we cannot accommodate you! That's what I was told. So, I visited the nearby Toyoko Inn Kitakami, which handles the same TIMES car share service. When I visited, I think I looked quite anxious and on the verge of crying. The person who greeted us was Kanno-san, who had a lovely smile. What did you do? And… Thank you for giving me a wonderful smile. Not the person who reserved the accommodation Not a Toyoko Inn car share user What happened when I went on a trip and forgot the key card to unlock the car share car? TIMES car share office was closed I made a reservation for car sharing at the Sakura Port parking lot, but when I went to the Sakura Port Hotel front desk, they couldn't accommodate me. After I talked to him, he did some research. He told me that there seems to be a way to unlock it from a cell phone (⌒‐⌒). I decided to go to my car anyway and when I left Toyoko Inn Kitakami... Surprisingly, Kanno-san also followed us. Kanno says... Our hotel also offers TIMES car sharing, so please let me go with you to study. That's what I was told. I wanted to ask the front desk of some S port hotel. I went to my car, but I couldn't unlock it with my phone. In the end, I was able to unlock it remotely. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the people at Toyoko Inn. Mr. Kanno also stayed with me until I unlocked the door...I was able to learn from him. Thank you for your kind words. I really have nothing but gratitude to the people at the Toyoko Inn Kitakami front desk, Mr. Kanno. The next day, before taking the Shinkansen home, I gave a thank you note. I asked again, but everyone was on vacation. I went home without saying thank you. Rent this place Thank you very much.

::The hotel is close to the station, it is very convenient, the staff is very nice, breakfast is free and delicious, the room is comfortable and clean, and the bathtub is large; but the walls of the room are very thin and the noise next door can be heard.
