We are tourists from Taiwan, checking in on August 23, 2024. The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There is coffee on the first floor. The hotel is located not far from Morioka Station, in a small alley. There are Ishigari Sakura and Morioka Castle ruins nearby. Across two alleys is a busy shopping street. There are drugstores, various restaurants and supermarkets and shopping malls. A business hotel in the city that is very suitable for travelers. The hardware equipment is relatively old, but it is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious, the suitcase can be fully opened, and there are tables and chairs in the room for comfortable dining. It is great! ! My friend who was traveling with me stayed in a separate room. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Probably the only drawback, But the room I stayed in didn't smell like smoke. The breakfast is rich and delicious, I look forward to having the opportunity to travel to the Morioka area again in the future! !

The parking lot is affiliated with Kindaichi Parking Lot, so it's about a 3-minute walk and costs ¥1,100 per night. About 10 cars can be parked in front of the hotel entrance, so if it's empty, you'll be lucky to park in front of the entrance. It opened in 1984, so it's undeniable that the building is old after 40 years, but it's kept clean so there's nothing unpleasant about it. The air conditioning was an old type, but the temperature could be adjusted and it was comfortable. However, the only thing that made it difficult to use was that the bathtub was not a mixed faucet, but one that required you to adjust the hot and cold water settings. Breakfast is a buffet style with a large selection of items, and they also have Iwate-style wanko soba. Although it doesn't have luxurious ingredients, I'm satisfied with the breakfast content for this room rate.

Hotel is extremely dated and badly needs renovation especially in light of how much they charge per night but the location is great. Better options for probably same cost near by
