::This hotel is located in a prime location and 15 mins from Morioka station by walk. There are many buses that goes near to Daiwa hotel and you can get down in Chuodori 1 chome and walk to hotel which will be just 5 mins walk. The hotel rooms are average sized and it’s very clean. The breakfast spread in general is good for the one who eats meat and sea food. But for vegetarians, it’s very limited and hardly we could find something to eat. There were no bigger sized spoons, we had to ask every time and they gave only small sized spoons.

::Overall nice experience! Very big rooms for Japanese standard. Good bedding, nice bath and reception is also very friendly.

::Efficient business hotel with a small but comfy room. Lower floor rooms are facing spooky animal shaped building facets. Close the curtain to avoid surprises at night.

::Clean hotel and in a good area in Morioka! The Kindaichi parking lot nearby is open and in walking distance of the property. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with all the amenities you need. The breakfast in the morning was below average.

::Clean, affordable, new, fantastic service. A great hotel located in the heart of Morioka. This is a premium business hotel. I can honestly say it's the best business hotel I've stayed in in Japan. Good for families/couples too. My room was nice and large and fitted with all modern amenities. I loved my HD LCD television! Breakfast is not included and is a bit pricey at ¥800 per day. The food is good, and they use mostly local ingredients. There are cheaper meal alternatives available nearby the hotel though. Great location!
