  Hi, I have booked this hotel for a long stay starting 23 September. I’ve been looking for an email address to contact the hotel but I haven’t found one. I just want to confirm that there will be someone at the front desk for a late check-in at around 23:00. Thank you, I’ll really appreciate it if I can get an email address for the hotel

  Hello! I am a traveler from Taiwan, and I am planning to visit Japan from August 18th, 2024 to August 25th, 2024. During this period, I intend to stay at your hotel on August 18th and from August 21st to August 25th. On August 19th and 20th, I will be staying in Beppu. I would like to inquire if it's possible to store my luggage at your hotel after checking out on August 18th, and then check in again on August 21st after returning from Beppu.   Rooms meet Toyoko Inn standard (small). Breakfast is above average among Toyoko Inns. No parking at this hotel. 3 mins walk to Hakata station via the footbridge. There are 2 shopping malls and 2 department stores at Hakata station. A family mart next to the hotel. Very convenient!

  Nice location, near Bus, JR and subway station. Small room for large suitcases... Only accept luggage storage on the day of checkout.

  Hotel staff are very passionate about the work they do and in assisting guests. The rooms are clean, quiet and secure. Breakfast in the morning is entirely health food. Strong wifi signal. The hotel is only a few steps from Hakata Station where the shinkansen stops and the subway lines start.
