::Front desk didn’t want to call a taxi, because they said it would be hard. It felt like the lady didn’t want to do her job.

::Like the location. You can go to the mall and still be by your room lol. Beds need a upgrade tho. It's hard

::Location was great. Good for walking to a lot of destinations, close to subway / trains, and some good restaurants around the area. The room was pretty spacious for 2 people. Overall good experience, but next time I visit fukuoka I'll probably stay around Hakata station because that's more convenient.

::As a spot of shopping for stay, excellent. Keeping luggage system is good. Microwave oven and coffee machine (only check in time) at lobby is good. Ice machine on 12th floor is good. But, too much loudy until 8 pm because of event at canal city mall and too bad ventilation system in room even I turned on air purifier and electric fan.

::This is the worst service I have experienced in any of the Japanese hotels I have stayed in for rhe past 10 years I have travelled across Japan! Japanese service and hospitality is top notch wherever you go even in the most remote towns in Japan. My friends and I were appalled by the way 2 of the front desk staff treated us. One of them Miwa, was so rude, he even raised his voice at us when we asked for his assistance to help us fill out a TaQBin form in Japanese. I have been shipping my luggage thru hotel concierge/front desk each time I travel so I know that the hotel staff understand that non-Japanese guests would need help writing addresses in Japanese. He kept insisting they dont do it, kept insisting that flight details were not necessary and even said that Fukuoka airport does not accept TaQBin (which was impossible). He wasted an hour of our time just because he kept insisting on what he knew. We got so frustrated that I had to escalate and file a formal complaint to the front office manager because of his unprofessional demeanor. He even went as far as ordered us around when we were leaving our luggage with them. Another staff worth mentioning because of her bad attitude is
