::The cleaning person(not japanese) try to break into my room many times even though I already told him that I’m inside the room(very scary). I decided to take all the stuff and go downstairs and have them change the room floor. So upset and scared T-T

::I booked this hotel for the location and unfortunately that's the only real positive thing. It is within walking distance from Hakata station. The room has a strong musty smell upon entering, and as others have said, lots of black mold in the washroom. They advertise WiFi, but it doesn't work in the room and barely works if I'm outside my room standing in the hallway. They have a washer and dryer for clothes, but the dryer barely dries the clothes so you'll just end up with wet clothes. The staff seem friendly though.

::1st time staying here. Not to impressed with this hotel. They say bed is a Double but looks like a Twin. Room is small which is expected here in Japan. Given a portable Mifi because from the 6th floor up, hotel Wi-Fi is very weak. Positive side, Canal City is so close. 4-8 minute walk.

::Value for money. Located near Gino station, receptionists were nice. Cleaning was fair. Bed was fairy comfortable. Toilet was smelly, facilities were old and some having functioning issues. Overall on par.
