  The location is amazing as its right next to the JR train station. Room was big with a view of the city centre/roundabout. No complains at all.

  Great location just above the Dentetsu station for those setting off for the Alpine Route early in the morning. Rooms were old but big and comfortable, with many amenities provided at the lobby. Microwaves and vending machines also available at certain floors

  For the price they charge, I must say its not a good hotel. Its old, and has less than great customer service. For example, we arrived before our check in time and while they take your luggage, the hotel doesn't even have a bathroom to let hotel guests use! I also found the man at reception couldn't provide any basic recommendation on some of the local sights. It was not a language issue but he just didnt know what bus company could take us to the gorge for example. The rooms are very hold, as is the hotel in general. The lift also had issues. Location wise its close to the station but thats all this place has going for it.

  Great location. We also had our luggage forwarded there before going on our alpine route trip. Staff were all helpful and promptly provided a portable fan/aircon when we found the room to be a little stuffy. Good breakfast too

  Location is key, just a minute walk from shinkansen terminal, perfect for travel with train. Breakfast is amazing with 1.080 yen you have plenty of variation of food, the room is clean, love it!
