::There was a cockroach right under the breakfast table! Also, my chopsticks were tangled with hair and I almost threw up! Soundproofing is poor, so you can hear sounds from the hallway. The air conditioner is also noisy, but don't worry about it. I have a bed so I can sleep! This hotel is recommended for those who want to keep their accommodation costs low and those who don't mind hygiene.

::The lowest ever. Use a single room. First, there are no room slippers. I contacted the front desk and had them bring some, but they were flimsy 100 yen slippers. There is a room service tea pack, but the original coffee pack has a storage tray, but no coffee pack. Refrigerators are not turned on, so refrigerated items cannot be put in immediately. When you open the refrigerator, there is a fishy smell. This is my first time using a hotel like this. It's close to the downtown area, and you can hear the noise from nearby karaoke shops and bars until midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Is this a 3 star PR complaint?

::Good location. Friendly service. Limited English, but highly recommended.

::For the price paid this is an inexpensive business hotel, compared to other better known hotels (in Japan). It is only at most a few more minutes walk than the hotels right next to the train station. The single bed room was small by western standard but completely serviciable. It's also right in the middle of multiple restaurants and izakaya so there's no going hungry or for lack of choice. The free breakfast was very decent for being free, with both japanese and western items to choose from. They had free use of washers as well. The only thing missing is a big japanese style pool to soak in, but that would be asking too much for 5000 yen/night. Would definitely choose again.
