  The fillet cutlet is soft and delicious even when eaten with just salt. It takes a while after ordering at lunchtime, but the restaurant is packed so it can't be helped. The sound of pounding raw pork can also be heard inside the store. I think the price is a little higher than other tonkatsu restaurants, but the taste is worth it.

  I wanted to eat pork cutlet, so I came in after 11am and was having trouble deciding on the lunch menu, but I ordered the loin cutlet set meal. After ordering, the host pounded the meat with a mart hammer to make it tender.Even during lunch hours, the owner was very attentive and amazing. When the tonkatsu arrived, first of all, with just salt, it had the flavor of lean pork and was thick but soft and quite delicious. The special sauce has a different taste than other restaurants, and this one was delicious. I thought it was miso, but it turned out to be pork soup with lots of ingredients.The vegetables were also delicious.

  ``Tonkatsu Tonju'' is a pork cutlet restaurant founded in 2017, located an 11-minute walk from JR Oita Station.   Excellent Pork Loin. Very tasty and tender. The katsu curry sauce is also really special like a stew. Great value for the meat quality.

  Short queue so better reserve. In pic is best loin cut. Almost raw core.
