::It is a long-established shop located between the Komodo Hotel (currently closed) and the Route Inn, and is also famous as the shop run by former AKB member Rino Sashihara. The name is Gyoza Hanten, but what you order is chicken green onion ramen. Peppery chicken bone-based soy sauce ramen topped with green onions and chicken pieces. Recommended for those who don't like tonkotsu ramen. This alone is a bit lacking in volume, so I usually pair it with wild vegetable rice. I haven't ordered gyoza yet, so I'll try that next time.

::Gyoza Hanten is a ramen restaurant that is a 3-minute walk from JR Oita Station and boasts a history of over 40 years. This restaurant is run by a relative of former AKB48 member Rino Sashihara, and is known for its delicious chicken and green onion ramen. I visited at 3pm on a public holiday. My flight was delayed and I ended up missing lunch time...so I rushed to this place that was open all day long, not far from Oita Station. I ordered chicken green onion ramen and fried gyoza. Chicken green onion ramen is a hot and light chicken based soup. However, this one also has a lot of flavor from the chicken and is extremely delicious! There's plenty of pepper on it, but this is also a nice accent that will make you unable to stop eating it. It seeps into my stomach... The noodles are straight, medium-thin noodles, and there's no reason why the noodles covered in this soup would be bad. The chewy chicken has a rich flavor and crunchy texture, and the sliced green onions absorb plenty of the flavor of the chicken, making it even more delicious. He's already at the main character level. The gyoza are small, but the surface is crispy and quite tasty. It's a vegetable-based filling so you can enjoy it crispy! You can't help but want to drink beer. However, the chicken green onion ramen was really delicious... When was the last time you finished a bowl of soup? Gyoza is of course delicious, but this chicken green onion ramen is a must! Thank you for the meal.

::Great service, Friendly and felt like Home. Very near to the JR Oita. They able to cater for Vegan food. For those who are Vegan, u can request to order "No Name Chahan" - Fried Rice or "No Name Ramen". The Chef will know what to do next 😉

::Gyoza Hanten, located in front of JR Oita Station, is a Chinese restaurant called the Tori Negi ramen, which is a subname rather than the store name. Tori Negi ramen is a traditional Shoyu(soy sauce) ramen, a Chuka soba. Oita's special products are chicken and leeks, which goes well with simple soups. You can add wild vegetable rice for +100 yen. As you can see, the main menu is ramen and gyoza is a sub-menu. By the way, this ramen shop owner is a relative of a famous Japanese female idol.
