::Tonchinkan is a famous restaurant with long lines. I came here for the first time in a while to introduce it to a ramen-loving acquaintance! It's definitely delicious! Onomichi ramen has a lot of back fat floating in it, but it's a delicious ramen with a refreshing taste that isn't lacking. The fried rice is also fragrant and delicious! And, each person can have up to 2 oden tendons! Must eat! is! Rumor has it that the owner suffered serious burns, and the shop used to be open at night, but now it's only open during the day. As is often the case with busy restaurants, the customer service is far from polite, and there is some waiting time in line, but the deliciousness more than makes up for it, so the overall score is 5 stars! The owner tried to close the shop once when he was over 70, but due to strong customer demand, he decided to continue operating only during the day. It seems to be loved locally.

::We went to Onomichi Ramen Tonchinkan for lunch, a super popular restaurant in Ama City. Open for lunch only, from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m., there is always a line before opening and the seats are always full.Onomichi ramen🍜, fried rice set, Tenshin rice set, Chinese rice set, fried chicken set, and the revived curry ramen🍜. I received some oden🍢. Onomichi ramen is basically characterized by a soy sauce sauce with pork back fat floating in it, spread over pork bones and chicken broth, and served with thin, flat noodles, and the back fat melts on the surface of the soup, giving it a sparkling shine. It's lighter than it looks, and goes well with the thin, flat noodles, making it so delicious that you'll want to eat it again and again. The Tenshin rice has fluffy eggs, the Chinese rice and curry ramen are hearty and full of vegetables, and the mini sets, stir-fried levanilla, and oden 🍢 are also delicious. ::I ate Onomichi ramen for the first time. I can see why it's so popular! I think it maintains the traditional taste. I thought it looked sophisticated. To put it simply, it has a gentle taste with a sweet soy sauce base and pork flavor. However, I thought it might not suit my taste. The taste is mild and smooth, but the fat is heavy, and although it's not overtly smelly, you can clearly smell the unique smell of pork... It's natural that pork itself has a smell, but there are good ones and bad ones. Well, it was a little different from what I liked. I think people who like it like it, but I was a little hesitant about it.
