::I'd say it's a passing grade. 🤔This is a restaurant where I have fond memories of having a large bowl of Mazesoba 5 years ago that I couldn't finish because it was so big that I asked my current wife to try it for me. This time, I chose Seijiro Yuzu Salt because it was average and unusual. By the way, the yuzu salt is an extra 120 yen. It's called Jiro and contains back fat, but it has a relatively light taste, so it might be just right for women. However, the result was unsatisfactory for me who was expecting a Jiro flavor 😅 I got bored halfway through and tried to change the flavor to overcome this situation, but it's painful that there are no tabletop seasonings that I can use 🥺 It's just average, but here...
