  It's a chain restaurant famous for its udon noodles. I had only eaten udon, but the takeout katsudon (katsudon), which normally costs 700 yen, was only 299 yen for a limited time. I have no choice but to go. The taste is as expected from a udon restaurant. I'm listening to the soup stock. The flavor is a little strong and the soy sauce is spicy. Personally, I don't like katsudon unless it's a soft-boiled egg. Since it's takeout, the food is thoroughly cooked to prevent food poisoning. I wonder if it's melty at the store? The rice and cutlet are served separately. It's a perfect way to prevent rice from soaking up juices. Personally, I warmly welcome it.
