  Love this hot spring hotel, we booked a room with a private onsen, and the hotel also has a lovely public onsen , the sis hotel just 3 mins walk also can enjoy their larger public onsen. Their dinner also is a highlight.

  The best onsen place I've been. The quality of the service and the staff was perfect for relax and make you comfortable.

  Cosy boutique ryokan. Adjoins it’s sister hotel the Daichi situated 100 m away. Rated high due to the artistic and creative elements in the hotel. I find the external entrance somewhat let down but the inside of lobby was nicely decorated. However overall service and other amenities are lacking with such a high rating. They try to provide service but they don’t communicate with each other over our requests and we keep explaining over again what we have previously requested. Tiring.
