::The super spicy beef tendon stew is quite spicy, but it has a unique aroma (maybe star anise?) and is delicious. Actually, the way we eat it at home is not as a stew, but because it's spicy, we eat it as a soup curry. It goes well with rice, bread, or naan. I always get takeout for two people. Today at the store, I ate Gomoku fried rice and sauce yakisoba.

::I ordered the Ankake Yakisoba set for lunch with salt for 1,100 yen. The ingredients for the sauce were shrimp, squid, scallops, pork, Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, and the noodles had a firm texture and a refreshing taste. Small rice, zha cai, and apricot tofu in the soup. It was delicious and just the right amount for lunch. I am grateful that I can use credit cards and electronic money for accounting.

::Arrived at the store around 8pm. I'm glad it was open while many stores were closed at this time. I ordered the spicy black mapo tofu set. As you can see if you watch the video, it came out in a simmering state. It was very exciting due to its heat and spiciness.
トリコルーレ
::I ordered fried noodles with shrimp sauce, half fried rice, and gyoza. I think it takes about 30 minutes for Chinese food to be served even though it's not crowded. The fried rice didn't even have the flavor of eggs, and was just rice mixed with eggs and stir-fried. The gyoza is worse than commercially available frozen gyoza, the shrimp in the shrimp sauce is neither plump nor flavorful, and the bean paste doesn't even taste like chicken bones.

::It seems like it was introduced in Onigiri Waratamasuka, but it felt like a normal Chinese restaurant in town. I ordered C lunch 1,100 yen ramen (salt) and half fried rice + 150 yen normal size. The ramen soup tasted like fried rice soup. The fried rice had a lot of chashu and the taste was the best. My wife had seafood ankake yakisoba for 1,300 yen.The ingredients, bean paste, noodles, and three flavors had a good balance and the taste was very good, but unfortunately the bean paste was lukewarm.
