It was a one-off surgery by the master, but he was very thorough and attentive to the point that I was worried that I would get a hole in my stomach. Noodles with low water content and a rich but light soup stock made from dried sardines. The ingredients are small: roasted pork, green onions, and menma. It's quite delicious.

  If you like seafood ramen, this is a restaurant you should visit at least once. This is a type of ramen that is rare in southern Hokkaido. I've always been a seafood lover, so this was really delicious. Although it was a weekday evening, there were quite a few customers, so it's popular.
