CASA QUEIJOS
::I received the salt ramen for 800 yen with a rice ball. It's strange, but there is no option without rice balls. After, Hokuto Ramen (with rice ball) Local chicken curry ramen (with rice) Chicken “spicy” ramen (with rice) All ramen includes rice from the beginning. It's weird...unique, but I understand why after eating it. I entered the store around 1:20 p.m. I was the only one in the restaurant after the lunchtime peak. There are some empty table seats, but if you're alone, it's customary to sit quietly at the counter (this is my personal opinion). Well, then, of course, the husband was across the street, so it seemed a bit shady and uninviting... It was my first time seeing it, so I couldn't really describe the atmosphere, but I ate it anyway. First contact → My first impression was that the amount was small. I see, I understand why rice balls are standard equipment. I feel satisfied with the set. The noodles are thin and slightly curly. Boiled to a firm consistency, it has an excellent texture and smoothness. This is good. I like it. My first impression of the soup was that it was "more ordinary Hakodate salt ramen than I expected." This was surprising. The flavor and richness of the chicken comes on top of the glistening fat and comes to the rhythm of samba! I was hoping for something like that, but a graceful court lady gracefully arrived while performing gagaku music! To put it bluntly, it feels like a very sophisticated chicken salt soup, but on the other hand, it feels like it's got a lot of flavor and a lot of important ingredients have been thrown away. I was expecting a more powerful and soulful taste, so this was a bit disappointing. There is no doubt that it is a delicious soup! The relationship and balance between the thickness of the noodles and the taste of the soup (umami, richness, saltiness) is good. I feel like I want Glutamine and Inosine to work harder, but I guess that's the policy. The ingredients are simple: spinach, chopped green onions, and chashu pork. Is chashu pork? chicken? This is a delicious char siu with a wonderful aroma, richness, and flavor from the roasted fat. But it's a little salty. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little less salty, but maybe it's meant to be a side dish to rice. This shop seems to like rice. Of particular note are the rice balls. The rice is so delicious! It's a little hard, but has a wonderful chewy texture and chewy feel. I almost climbed the stairway to heaven. After all, this restaurant seems to love rice. Maybe it's because of the comments. I guess I like Komeme CLUB. Let's say I'm going to order some food this time. In total, I praise 4 Zabutons (★★★★). Honestly, I would have ordered 3 pieces more if I had just ordered ramen, but the rice was so delicious that I added a ★. Thank you for the meal. Thank you for the delicious meal!

::I've eaten it before At that time, it seems like only salt ramen and oyakodon were available? I knew there was chicken spicy ramen. Visit I came a little after 12:00 on Sunday. Chicken spicy ramen is sold out... I had no choice but to order salt ramen. The noodles are straight thin noodles and are a little hard. The soup is refreshing yet rich. Good vibes Pepper is good, but adding a pinch of pepper made it even better!

::When I heard that the oyakodon (oyakodon) was delicious, I found out that it was mainly a ramen shop (lol). It appears to be open in two parts: daytime and evening. It was a very small store with only a counter and two table seats, but the store owner was a very energetic person and greeted us cheerfully. I was impressed. I ordered the famous oyakodon and ramen. This ramen is not the classic rich ramen in Sapporo, but is made with dashi soup stock. The oyakodon also had a strong melty texture, and both were very tasty. It was crowded for about 30 minutes after 12:00 noon, so it was difficult to get in. It seems like it's relatively easy to get in if you avoid peak hours.

::The grilled oyakodon was delicious and I devoured it in an instant! I also had the salt ramen as a side dish, and the chicken soup stock was great...it was a ramen that would be perfect for a hangover🍜 The inside of the store is a little small, but the owner is very helpful and makes you feel at ease! I want to try other menu items too!

::This is my first visit to a restaurant in Hokuto City where you can eat delicious salt ramen. It's so delicious that it makes the other salt ramen in Hakodate pale in comparison. If you want to eat salt ramen, this is the only place. Next time I want to try Oyakodon. The owner's cheerful customer service made me feel comfortable and gave me full marks.
