  We loved our stay at Westin Miyako. Rooms were beautiful designed. Service was very good. Location is very nice and lovely views. And best thing is the Onsens in the spa was wonderful. Thank you for the beautiful memories in Kyoto. We would recommend Westin for families for sure.

  Although this hotel is not that central it’s still near some cool sites and it’s very close to the subway so it’s easy to get around from here. The hotel upgraded us so we had a beautiful suite. The gardens were wonderful that were on the property. The food, namely the breakfast was not the best, but that’s how it goes.

  We had an amazing time at this hotel. Loved the service and luxury and enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour lounge too. I loved the hidden gems of this hotel like its gardens and trails. It’s very walkable and has shuttle services to nearby attractions too. The Sakura season was just a big juicy cherry on top . Simply magical ! I would stay here again for sure.

  The property is in an amazing area, close to shrines and the Kyoto Zoo. The building itself is really welcoming and grand. We enjoyed our room very much along with the view, food, accommodating staff and complimentary shuttle rides to/from Kyoto station. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Kyoto.

  Family of four, travelling in March 2024 This was a really positive surprise: our expectations, based on the images, were of a decent hotel. Not bad, but nothing special either. It turned out to be a really nice hotel. Rooms were new and clean with good space, service was great and we’d definitely come back.
