  Delicious food served with care. Each dish was beautifully presented and well-balanced. a true form of culinary artistic creation. Each course might look small but it actually was just the perfect amount. We had the course pairs with four different kinds of sakes. Each comes from a different brewery, and each comes with a different alcohol content and polishing ratio. service was excellent. It is an unforgettable Kaiseki experience.

  One of the best meals i have ever had in my life, service was beautiful, sublime Japanese hospitality, not rushed perfectly timed, food was an experience i find hard to describe, balance and singular, harmonies of taste. The best kaiseki i have ever had, the chef is a master

  I think it's the best restaurant in Japan. I go every spring.
