Are you telling this to the patient or to the operator who is filling out the chart? Doctors who are difficult to understand and who make you feel even more anxious with vague diagnoses. I'm shocked to think that this is the director. If a doctor is a doctor, a nurse is also a nurse. It's hard not to feel bad. One of the hospitals you should never go to again. There is something about low ratings. I can only recommend it to unique people who want to have that kind of experience.

I don't really want to give it a 1. I was prepared for a long wait and was actually called after an hour. The doctor in charge is overbearing, doesn't look at me, and doesn't even check to see if I complain of pain or discomfort. The nurses' responses were similar to those of the doctors. I will never go there again.

I am very sorry that I said this on a public holiday. The doctor's response is the worst. It might be a broken little finger, it might be a shadow. I'm unsure... After discussing the content of my work I think it's better like this Because it is not explained clearly at all I am also worried about what I should do. The last thing he said was... Should I fix it? That's what it means To me, those are careless words. Is it okay for Dr. to respond like that? That's what I thought. Apparently my husband also felt bad about it.

They don't listen to the patient's symptoms at all. Even though my leg hurts, I press my lower back and if there is no abnormality in the X-ray, I just give him painkillers and a compress. "I don't know the cause, so if it starts to hurt, come back." that's all. After that, the pain in my legs got worse. Walking also becomes difficult. I was admitted to this hospital again. Not only does he not give me a prescription, he doesn't even tell me why my feet hurt so much. They won't even tell me the name of the disease. I asked the hospital director's son to give me a block injection, but he failed four times, and in the end, he said, ``It didn't go in well,'' and immediately left the hospital room. Why do professional doctors fail four times? I blame my body for my failures. I continued to be hospitalized without knowing why. At this hospital, the number of days of hospitalization overlapped, and it was decided that the patient would not be cured, so he asked for a letter of introduction from a reliable hospital based on the reviews he had read on the internet, and was forced to leave the hospital. If he wasn't forced to leave the hospital, he would still be in the hospital. The doctor at the hospital I transferred to is very kind and listens to what the patient has to say. While looking at the MRI and X-ray images taken by Tanaka Orthopedics, he explained exactly why this happened. He then told me that he would be undergoing treatment with both drugs and black injections. He explained the treatment methods, the side effects of the medicine, and the dosage in a way that was very easy to understand. I later learned that my disease is so rare that even inexperienced doctors can miss it even on MRI images. I believe that the son of the director of Tanaka Orthopedic Surgery had completely overlooked this disease and was unable to explain why it was painful. I will never go to Tanaka Orthopedics again. All I want is to get back the days I spent in the hospital and not being able to go to work and causing trouble to so many people. These are my personal judgments, but even if an orthopedic surgeon were to tell me to stay away from Tanaka Orthopedic Hospital from now on, I would definitely not go ahead with it. It's no surprise that the review rating is 2.2.

I was hospitalized with a herniated disc, but the nurses, rehabilitation staff, receptionist, and everyone else I interacted with were very kind, polite, and made me feel very comfortable. My doctor, Dr. (Ken) Tanaka, also came to my hospital room every day to check on my condition, and when I talked to him about any concerns, he immediately responded. When I first entered the hospital, I was in so much pain that I couldn't even go to the bathroom and was almost bedridden, but when I called the nurse, she came right away and took care of me without making a disgusted face. It was a four-person room, and there were many elderly people in the room, and some of them asked the same questions over and over again, and some of them accidentally pressed the nurse call, but even though they were busy, the nurses didn't make any unpleasant faces. They were all very nice people who spoke kindly and politely. I think there were more than 10 nurses who took care of me when I was hospitalized. One of the reasons I chose this hospital was because it had a pain clinic, and the Chinese herbal medicine prescribed here was very effective for my pain, and the pain subsided immediately. Also, for those who have had surgery at a general hospital and are transferred to another hospital, we ask them to undergo rehabilitation here, although this time it will be done in a different area, as their hands, which had not been able to move before, have been able to move properly through rehabilitation here. I was transferred to the hospital because I wanted to. When I read the reviews, I was surprised at how bad the ratings were. I think it's a specific person. Many of the people I interacted with when I was hospitalized had a completely different impression. I would like to be here again if there is anything I need to do.
