I suffered a medical error! I had knee pain and went to the doctor with a referral letter. The diagnosis would be much easier if I had an artificial joint inserted in my hip joint. When I asked why, she said it was because the lengths of her left and right legs were different. I underwent surgery, but my knee started hurting while I was in the hospital, and when I complained, he insisted that he hadn't heard anything about my knee, so I was discharged early. The attending physician was the deputy director of the orthopedic department!

On June 10, 2024, around 5 a.m., my child woke up and complained of stomach pain in a way that had never been seen before, so I called #8000 and was told that this hospital was the only one open nearby. I have contacted you. When I told the nurse who answered the phone, she said, ``Please give me some fever-reducing medication and come 'in time.'' Even though I called at that time because I felt there was an emergency, I didn't understand the caller's intentions at all and I thought they ignored my response. I think it's a very difficult workplace, and I'm not saying that everyone at this hospital is at fault, but I think it's a hospital with nurses who can't understand the feelings of anxious and painful people at all. This is my first time writing a review because I can't forgive myself. When I said, ``I can't trust a hospital with people like you,'' she immediately responded, ``Then why don't you stop?'' so I feel like she's pretty used to hearing angry voices. I do not want to be taken care of by Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital again. I wish nurses would not be entrusted with such work during times when there are emergency calls. I cannot receive any treatment at Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital. Who will take responsibility if something happens according to "Then stop?" After that, I went to my local hospital for proper tests.

My child developed a fever and was referred by his primary care physician to a pediatrician and admitted to the hospital. I was admitted to the hospital after hours on a Friday, and during the procedure, the nurses apologized to me and said, ``We apologize for keeping you waiting,'' but they explained that they were there at a time when they were busy and understaffed. I am sorry that this was the cause. During my stay in the hospital, I received appropriate tests and treatment, and my fever subsided within a few days, and the disease that caused it was discovered. I am glad that I was admitted to the Japanese Red Cross. There was a meal provided for a fee, and it felt like a ``small school lunch.'' It was great to have a warm and well-balanced meal. Even though the doctor was probably busy, he often came to see me while I was in the hospital and kindly answered all my questions. All the nurses were kind to the children, and at times they cared for me, even though I was accompanying them to the hospital. I was very grateful because I was nervous because it was my first time getting sick and being hospitalized. A social worker was present and helped with the procedures for introducing me to another hospital due to my relocation. I won't be able to receive care from this hospital in the future because I am moving, but I felt that it was a hospital where I could safely treat my children.

I visited a pediatrician for the first time in several years. The doctors and nurses are kind and listen carefully. There was no pressure or anything like that, and I felt very comfortable. Large general hospitals are often unpleasant and unpleasant, but everyone at the reception desk for new patients, receptionists at each department, and the guards were kind. thank you very much.

Everyone feels it differently, but as a medical facility (secondary emergency), it is fully equipped. I was hospitalized for a period of time and spent a long period of time in the ward, and after being discharged from the hospital, I have been visiting the hospital regularly, and I am maintaining good communication with my doctor. I believe that the nursing team worked well together during the hospital stay. Hospital food sometimes? There were menus that made me feel that way, so I consulted the registered dietitian each time. (I think it's better to actively participate in collecting information about the disease, rather than leaving it up to the doctor to treat the treatment. It's true that there is some information that is shocking to know, but it is important to understand the treatment policy and medications used.) This allows you to discuss the risks of treatment with your doctor on an equal footing, and it also allows you to remain calm.
