::A long-established sushi restaurant founded in 1955. Katsumeshi, a local soul food, is more popular than sushi. The fish landed at Takasago's fishing port is fresh and delicious for sushi. A Western-style space is being created next to the sushi restaurant inside. Katsumeshi, rich in demi-glace sauce, is a Banshu specialty that consists of rice topped with cabbage and thinly fried beef cutlet. Domestic beef raised in Kakogawa is crisply fried in hot oil and topped with a demi-glace sauce that has been passed down for generations. Initially, it started at Western restaurants, but due to lack of sales, it first became popular at sushi restaurants, but gradually, katsumeshi has become more popular, and katsumeshi has become a huge success with 80% of people ordering it at lunchtime.
