  2024/6/17 I entered the store 10 minutes before closing in the evening, but the woman guiding me coldly told me that I would have to apply for work online and tried to get me to leave. I checked with the telephone consultation center in advance and was told that I could apply at a branch or online, and when I told them I had come here, they explained that it was busy at the moment and would take some time. I'm sure they wanted to avoid working overtime, but I was shocked that they would try to deceive customers with their storytelling in the first place. I can understand why this place has such a low reputation.

  You will have to wait to do anything. As expected, it was impossible to wait for 2 hours. Perhaps because it was mid-December, I couldn't get a reservation for the last two weeks. The response itself wasn't bad each time, but it would be a problem if something happened, so I decided to use another financial institution.

  They did not speak any English, but they helped me go through the process of depositing cash to pay part of my rent! It was a very pleasant experience after trying multiple other ATMs with no luck.

  Professional and polite service. The bank is also very roomy and well-staffed, so you rarely have to wait for too long for your turn. It's inside the Kyoto Marui (Oioi) department store though, so you can't park your bicycle around this place, which could be an issue for cyclists.
